Originally from India, Willie immigrated to the United States and began his hospitality career in1995. Beginning his career in the competitive market of NYC his experience spans all aspects of the hotel industry including operations and asset management. He worked his way up to managing a 375-room premier asset located on Broadway, before moving into ownership.

Through his consulting company, R360 Consulting LLC, he managed the online reputation of multiple hotels across the country.

Willie also successfully owned and operated numerous hotels throughout Florida from 2016-2022. After the lucrative disposition of those assets, and the front row seat he had to the brokerage process, he made the decision to forego ownership and join Guidance Hotel Group as a broker. Willie leverages his many contacts with franchises, lenders, brokers, and owners to maximize the returns of his clients. He has joined Guidance Hotel Group to add his insight and experience to the team’s existing 40 years of hotel ownership, operational and brokerage expertise; creating one of the most experienced and knowledgeable hospitality brokerage teams in the industry. Willie and his wife, Mana, enjoy traveling, their wine collection, and visiting their daughter who still resides in NYC.

He always wanted to write a book to help hoteliers manage their online reputation in a simple way, and thus the idea of this book was formed
